This Privacy Policy explains how Axcelsoft IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FieldOps360 mobile application (the "App") and the FieldOps360 web portal (together, the "Service"). The Service is a business tool provided to organizations and their authorized field collection agents. It is not intended for use by the general public.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information – your name, email address, and login credentials issued by your organization's administrator.
• Location data – the App collects your device's precise (GPS) location at the time you record a field visit, so the visit can be verified by your organization. Location is collected only while you are using the App; it is not collected in the background.
• Photos – photos you capture with the camera or choose from your gallery and attach to a visit record. The App accesses only the photos you select.
• Work records – visit logs, remarks, dispositions, and assignment status that you enter in the App, together with the loan account and borrower details assigned to you by your organization.
• Diagnostic data – error logs generated when a request fails, used to troubleshoot and improve the App.

2. How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to your assigned accounts.
• To record, verify, and report field collection activities to your organization.
• To synchronize data between your device and the Service, including work saved while offline.
• To maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information.

3. How Information Is Shared

Information collected through the App is made available to the organization that issued your account (your employer or principal), which controls that data. We also use trusted service providers, such as cloud hosting and storage providers, to operate the Service on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.

4. Device Permissions

• Location – to tag field visits with GPS coordinates.
• Camera – to capture photos as proof of visit.
• Internet / network state – to sign in and synchronize data.

You may revoke permissions at any time in your device settings, but some features of the App may stop working.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secured servers and cloud storage, and a working copy is kept on your device so the App can be used offline. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as your organization's account is active or as needed to meet legal and contractual obligations. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data, contact your organization's administrator or email us at support@axcelsoft.com. Uninstalling the App removes the data stored on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
